This is the final version. Revisions will be made and
will be frequintley updated via the Google Code page.

Install:
1. Run the registry file named RUN THIS FIRST.
2. If your using vista do this:
Right click HRT32 > Properties > Compatability > Windows XP SP2 > Click OK.
HRT32 will now run on your Vista machine.
3. Run HRT32.

NOTE:
If your having trouble connecting to a retro / private server that you KNOW is online.
(example: you connect then after sulake loader bar shows, loader turns black.) then you
are running the new version of shockwave which somehow is "blocking" private servers?
Who knows. But go to http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=shockwave
Get an older version.. Or one that will work with private servers. I can't explain
why this is happening to people... who knows.

FYI:
HRT32 does not connect to any "authentication" servers to see if it can run.
Meaning HRT32 will never be disabled, it will always run.
